Red FR-S with front plate relocate and looked like it had exhaust as well.
403 West-bound just before Erin Mills. Driver had his window down, so I honked as I came up beside; he looked over and nodded as I waved. I then got off on Erin Mills to go to work. This was about half an hour ago.
