I find it very amusing that in the Canada subforum, there's a thread titled "Canada East Chat" and it's a bunch of guys from Ontario using it regularly. In what way does Ontario count as east? I mean, we're east compared to the Prairies, but we're not east to an Islander. And lets be real, the Maritime provinces are the only ones who can call themselves east in Canada.

I never actually learned how to use an abacus, though i doubt you can find a recursion formula from using one

I haven't seen anyone use an abacus since the late 80's. They were mainly used by dudes at Chinese herbal stores and they were mad quick.

Same with those weighing scales where they can be readily rigged to rip people off.

I live in east London.

When does east stop being east anyway? Everybody is east of someplace.
