Iirc it was even for the old school PlayStation games. I thought I remembered reading about it in one of the video game magazines back then. Mostly been playing Borderlands 2 on the Xbox with the wife. I'm considering building her a PC since she will be going back to school and I have almost all the parts necessary. Just need a tower, power supply, and a monitor.

I'll leave this here for anyone still wanting Windows 10. I've used this to upgrade two laptops and a tower no issues and nothing different about the OS.

You can even upgrade a non legit version of Windows 7 if you go that route...

This is also the process you have to use if you have to rebuild a workstation that at one time had the upgrade on it, or at least you did about six months ago when I needed to rebuild one.

As far as Tomb Raider discussion below, guess I'm going to have to add that to my ever growing list. I really enjoyed the 2013 reboot.

It is honestly a beautiful game. Easily one of the best looking worlds I've played in, in recent memory. The freerunning/parkour movement actually feels super refined, and I don't find myself screaming "FUCK YOU" at the game because of buggy missed jumps. Lots and lots of polish on the gameplay mechanics in that regard. Combat is a bit clunky, mostly because with the firearms, you don't get to aim down sights, you just kinda zoom in, and the reticle stays the same size.

Now if only I could figure out the crashing issue. I'm fairly certain my next step is uninstall/reinstall, but I'll leave that for when I'm back home, and not at my girlfriends, since her internet is painfully slow, at 6mbps

I added the game to my list to play as well. I played the original on PC and the 2nd and 3rd.
