Not just the tail light that was just the final straw. She traded her last one because they came out with a new colour that she liked better so at least there is some practical reason this time.

Ahhhh yes, 18 ...... that was an enlightening age for me.

I escaped the farm with my 1948 Chevrolet and enrolled at The Ohio State University.

Room, board and tuition was $375 per quarter. I soon discovered I couldn't work and go to school full time and make enough money. My father co-signed a loan for me ...... then made me take out a life insurance policy naming him the beneficiary.

First day at orientation, I sat with over 6,000 other freshman students in the field house. There were only 3,500 people in the town I came from. The president of the university said ...... look around you, 2/3 of you will flunk out or quit before your first year.

I looked around. To my left was a kid with thick glasses working his slide rule. To my right was this kid with an advanced calculus book.

Yep, age 18 can be a challenging year ....... work hard, study harder .....

Over the mileage. The famous Mitsubishi "10 year" warranty only works if you leave the car parked the whole time.
The rest of the story is that the owner of the dealership is a crook that has half the places in town and will rob you blind at any chance he can. I traded my 2 year old Lancer for the FRS just to get the hell away from them.

Oh, I see ....... @bci led me to believe it was a NEW car ....... bci for being misleading.

I suggest you have ol @Cole chase the wiring problem. He's good at computer wiring so, he should be able to find the problem. Besides, he has lots of free time on his hands......
