Yup. That makes me think even more of my guess, but I won't say what I think they are.

Sounds like you need some 3M VHB tape. Stuffs crazy sticky, so make sure you line it up perfectly before letting any part of the tape touch anywhere.

Picking up the car in about an hour and feeling kinda nervous lol. Excited but nervous.

My parents keep nagging me how I'm getting manual and how they've talked to friends who are like "wow he hasn't driven stick before?"

(Only reason my parents are involved is because my dad is cosigning for me)

Nah, I had a buddy who bought an M3 and learned to drive stick while picking it up from the sales guy. He was able to drive it home no problem but I did notice he has quite a few bad habits

They're expensive, especially the two piece version.

Finally got around to installing the floor mats today. Pretty happy with the fit. Only thing that sucks is when I took of the stupid 3d logo things, it left two holes on each mat. Lame. Check out some pics:

I was terrible at driving stick when I bought my WRX. You'll probably get frustrated a few times over the next couple of days but you'll get used to it pretty quick.

I got the 3D Maxpider floor mats as well. Thought plastidipping it in black would be better than ripping it out and having holes but they haven't bothered me that much yet to take them out.
