Question CLOCK QUESTION

The button immediately to the right of the clock on limited models rounds the clock numerals to the closest half hour.

Would someone please tell me what this "feature" is good for?

It sets the seconds to :00. So look at your watch and hit that button right when it switches to the next minute, then use the other buttons to set hour and minute, and then your clock will be set to the exact second.

Now I get it! Pretty cool, never seen this on a clock.

Thanks!

Our Camry has this -- the clock is terrible and runs about 10-15 minutes fast per month, so every few weeks we can just punch this to bring it back in line.

Very pleasantly suprised to see that the clock is red. This whole time I was thinking it wouldn't match the interior (based on magazine reviews) and I'd have to modify it.

Only BRZ Limited has a red clock. It's orange on BRZ Premium and FR-S.

OMG. That alone was worth the price differential.

I have a limited and I was kind of upset when I found that out. I'd much rather have the red clock. But I guess the whole thing is integrated with the HVAC and they just ripped it out of the FR-S, which has the orange clock.

I was wondering about this as well. With all the talk about the clock being orange and after getting my Limited I swore the clock was red.

Did not give much thought to it...thinking perhaps it was a running change and the clocks are now red.

I'd be a bit ticked if I had a Premium with the orange clock.

The Limited to me was more than worth the extra over the Premium.

The clock is old school toyota. My old ae86 had the same clock, as did my mom's 87 celica, as did my 4 runner, my wife's bB, and my Mark II.

I was thinking about putting some black tape over the clock to improve the look of the interior
