Last week the wife took her RVR GT (Outlander Sport) in to get a tail light fixed and they charged her $80 to change the "bulb". Since it is a led strip that was quite the achievement. When she got home it still didn't work. She took it back in yesterday and they told her she had no idea what she was talking about with the led and she must have done something to damage the "bulb" they replaced. He then proceeded to tell her that it must be a wire and they would need about 4 hours at $106 and hour just to diagnose it. Big fucking mistake! She pretty much ripped the service manager apart (he is a total ass) and got loud enough that the general manager came out to see what the commotion was. The general manager was a great guy and offered to reduce the cost by 50%. Her response was he could take 50% of the car and shove it up his ass.
Tonight we went window shopping for a new car for her (who the hell closes the dealerships at 6 on a Friday night?).

We went through the Toyota lot and looked at the RAV 4s. They didn't have a colour she wanted.

Went through the Hyundai lot and looked at the Santa Fe's. They didn't have a colour she liked.

Went to the Chevy lot and looked at whatever the hell the small Chev SUV is called. She didn't like the front styling.

We went to the Subaru lot to look at the Forester or Outback. She sort of liked them but they didn't have a colour she liked.
As we were leaving the lot she yelled "STOP. What is that? I LIKE that". We then went home and did some mega research and it look like I have to go by tomorrow and start the process of buying a car (she has too work all day). Anybody want to guess what she wants so bad?

Edit: a legacy. And not an XV, a cross trek. That's what I meant. But I also hope she actually wants a Subaru Baja that the dealership has brand new on the lot still for some reason.

I was hoping against hope it was going to be a WRX or a Legacy 3.6R. I do like the looks of the new Impreza, glad you can still get it in a hatchback. If Subaru said "For 2018, we're making the WRX in a hatch again", do you have any clue how fast my FRS would be gone?
