Honestly though I don't see the point in buying a special color edition if you're just going to immediately change the color. Edit: Oh wait, did you mean clear bra? Do the whole car. |

I am looking to buy one myself too. Amazon says it doesn't fit on 2017 BRZ. Don't know if there is any difference among 2015, 2016 and 2017 weather tech digital fit. They all share the same part number though. Any idea??

I have had two BRZ's... The first one had weather tech mats They seemed to be OK. My newer BRZ has 3D MAXpider Custom Fit All-Weather Floor mats. I like them a lot better seem to be durable and have a nicer appearance then the weather tech mats. They are available via Amazon for about $80 with free shipping. Don't bother getting the rear mats, a waste of money IMO.

No cheaper at Amazon, so if it were me I'd call WeatherTech on the phone, see what they say. Personally, I've wondered about the durability of any of these expensive mats. Will they do better under my clutch pedal foot than the carpeted floor mats which came with the car ? My carpeted floor mat, driver's side has a hole all the way through in 40k miles. Will these rubber mats do better ?? |

I'll be getting rubber mats after the first year for sure. My poor Yaris mats were worn right through around 30k-40k miles. Clutch foot and accelerator.
Someone needs to make carpet friendly driving shoes so the heel doesn't chew through the carpet. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk |

I had WeatherTech mats in my 13.
The plastic is fairly durable, but the downside is that it is also fairly hard and slippery. Unlike the OEM rubber mats (which were also far too small), my feet slid around a bit more than I liked (especially if the mat or my shoes were wet), and the texture did some damage to the heels of my shoes (especially leather dress shoes). I still have the mats (even though the car is gone). Maybe I'll keep them for a future BRZ. Sent from my SM-G930W8 using Tapatalk |
