Made them gains.

And that's just on E60 thanks to my screwed up fuel logistics, going to shoot for one more run on E85 to confirm if I have time.

Massive thanks to Bob at Drift Office, who jumped through his butt to get me pushing 200+ WHP NA. I'm going to miss him and the 86 Sessions/subie community out in the Northwest.

Can't wait to try this setup on the summer rims and tires. It's already feeling so perfect I can't get the smile off my face.

Anything too far over stock width rubber is overkill with the proper compound summer tire. You're just adding rotational mass farthest from the center of the wheel, creating a larger moment of inertia. That will ultimately slow your acceleration and decrease your breaking compared to a 215, considering you'll likely get exactly the same amount of wheel spin with less mass. 225 isn't that bad, but it's worth considering sticking with stock width.

Unless you have a lot of extra power planned (read: FI) or already in place there's not much reason to monkey with the stock dimensions of your wheels and tires, just slash weight and mount good rubber for the conditions.

So after another long period of inactivity I found time to check on the car.. approach with key fob in my pocket no response from the car so I assume the worse case, a dead battery, so open the door the old fashion way using the key. The car has a hissy fit! Alarm ringing and dash lit up like a Christmas tree! So obviously the car battery is okay, lots of head scratching. I can only guess the fob battery is dead!! Ordered new CR1632s

I hear ya, with the PP having 7.5" wide rims, I just wanted to take advantage and get a little more contact patch without loosing drivability come summer/autocross season.

If your stock rims are 7.5 225s aren't unreasonable.

I enjoyed the video, I'm looking forward to seeing the final dyno numbers with your mods on the 17 and the OFT tune...
