Tuning Shops in Miami

Hey guys, I'm looking for a tuning shop that will be able to tune my car after I install a UEL header. I don't know of any tuning shops down here in Miami, FL. If you know of one could you please let me know? Thank you!

ok if its just a basic naturally aspirated tuneyou need you could go a few ways

1. find a local tune shop cost maybe $600 for tune
2. Buy an Openflash tablet get device and tunes for $500 and flash ecu youself
3. Buy ecutek cable licience and tune from a remote ecutek dealer like moto east or deliceous tuning or visconti tuning cost 350 cable 350 licience and may 100-350 for tune might be some deals arround , some guys might rent you a cable kit

4. Buy a Tactrix cable or brzedit do some reading and flash\tune it yourself cost $170.

Can't really say that Visconti has a stellar reputation, unless you like barbeques.

Rearly ??

likely cause was leaky/faulty fuel hose

It kind of like, my granddads Honda threw a rod so all Hondas are crap for ever.

however he still has a special running where you get ecutek cable kit plus licience and tune for $400. Which is a top deal even if you don't like the tune ;-)

There are quite a handful of users who have documented their negative experiences with Visconti Tuning (mainly his E85 Flex-fuel kit), as well as a few people on other platforms whose cars have blown motors as a result of his tunes.

In addition, Visconti and all of his employees have been banned from the forums.

Just use the forum search engine and search up Visconti, limit the search to thread titles only, and see what pops up.

It's a bit of a drive, but HRI Tuning in Orlando is great with this platform...

Get Moto-East or Delicious Tuning to do it.

They aren't local but they are very experienced and have almost no bad reviews.

Use ECUTEK.

It is just my opinion, but I wouldn't use OFT if they paid me to, and I have plenty of relevant experience on which to stake that claim... Including plenty of successful tuning.

Stick it on the Dyno Dynamics dyno at Garage Yourself, data log, send the log to your tuner.

Get revisions if you need them, until everything looks good.

Drive.

Google "Garage Yourself Miami"

I don't know of anyone local. Garage yourself just rents you time on a dyno, and shop space to work if you need it.

I don't pretend to be a commercial tuner, but there are plenty of people out there with less experience than me marketing themselves as "tuners." Be very careful.

Im driving up to James at HRI first of the year, i purchased my boosted e85 tune and rev works recommended him hands down. Other than that no one is remotely close to us. Im on the SW coast of Florida

HRI is a certifed master tuner with ECUTEK now.

That car didn't burn up from a bad tune. Probably more like a bad clamp.
