That fog light bezel is a great idea, guess I should add it to the list. Thanks for your input.

Is the light weight battery noticeable?....The butt dyno says no. Maybe it could save a tenth of a second or 2 on lap times. If I did the light weight battery at the same time as deleting the A/C I'd gamble you might feel the difference. But I'm not deleting the A/C so I'll never know.

In other news I've purchased and waiting to receive a gently used stock manual transmission and will be doing a close ratio gear set. Not sure if Cusco or Jacks Transmissions kit or if there are other options I'm unaware of that are out there.

Ate some dank a$$ Chinese food with some fellow members last night. Shoutout and thanks to JakeRogue for organizing the NOVA biweekly meets.

Took the day off work, it's going to be 78 degrees in the DC metro area today. Hopefully I have enough time to install the new manifold, do an oil change, burnt titanium engine dress up kit and wash and detail the car before heading to another meet later tonight.

Picking up Rally Armor mud flaps , Grimmspeed License plate relocation kit, and the Nameless Performance catted front and up pipe combo from a local member on Sunday.

Will update with pictures later today.

Dropped the car off at Ptuning Monday morning for the install of the STi Engine Mounts, Borla UEL Header, Nameless Front/Over Pipe, Ptuning Flex Fuel Kit and dyno tune.

Plan was to have everything installed Monday then tune on Tuesday.
Thanks to a Nor'Easter, Ptuning was not open Tuesday and the car won't be ready until Friday or Saturday. So much for going to the first CDC autocross event of the year...Oh wellz.

Also, the Nameless Front/Over Pipe was hitting the engine block, probably due to the way the Borla Header mates to it, so I've opted not to install it.

While I was dropping the car off I decided to make the plunge into modifying the suspension. Ohlins Coilovers, Raceseng Cascam Front Plates, Cusco Rear Lower Control Arms are officially on order.

After leaving Ptuning I headed to work to pick up the Password JDM Carbon Fiber Engine Dress Up pieces that had arrived as well as the Velox Fuel Rail Covers, a couple STi Oil Filters.

A local BRZ owner listed his brand new VIS Carbon Fiber AMS Hood for sale and quickly snatched it up. Picking that piece up Friday evening.

Busy weekend. Picked up the VIS hood Friday night. Picked up Sasha from Ptuning Saturday morning. It's great to no longer have the torque dip, loving the launch control feature.

Currently second highest power output NA from Ptuning.

Went to work installing PWJDM CF engine dress up and as expected the rear pieces will require some trimming to fit correctly, may not even install those pieces. I'm not particularly impressed with the way they look back there, the images on line made them look a bit more appealing than they actually are. Plus another member will never let down the fact that all they will do is trap heat. So for now the front cooling plates definitely stay.

Next I installed the hood with the help of a friend.

Finished the evening off with finally installing my STi engine start button.

Sunday I headed to Columbia, MD for the monthly Pub Dog Meet. Excellent turnout.

Size: 300.6 KB

As expected the UEL header gets pretty damn hot. Sitting in 495 traffic yesterday I could see the heat radiating from the edges of the hood and my intake air temperatures reached as high as 120 degrees F, once traffic let up and I was moving temps stayed between 60-70 degrees F. Should have had Ptuning wrap the headers but it's nothing I can't handle over the weekend.

Currently awaiting arrival of the Header Wrap, Jackson Racing Dual Radiator/Oil Cooler, Mishimoto Thermostat, Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Fan Shroud Kit, Mishimoto Radiator Hose Kit, Mishimoto Liquid Chill Engine Coolant, OEM JDM Fog Light Bezels, Hella Supertones, and Greddy Intake Snorkel. I intend to install everything that requires removal of the bumper all at the same time so that I hopefully only have to remove the bumper once.

Looking to sell my silver Enkei RPF1's and replacing with SBC RPF1's.

Hopefully I can get around to doing the Jackson racing dual cooler and other front end items installed this weekend.
