Hey, make sure you have the experimental outline in writing and recorded ...... so when he comes up with a new mixture of compounds that creates a new compound that has earth shattering properties ........ you will get some of the credit and be on the ground floor at IPO time ......be prepared to form the smoke and arrange the mirrors .........

Creating a new compound by mixing two patented products on company time and using a student that isn't even an employee isn't going to make me a penny I am afraid.
