Not sure about US military law but for Canada the Tribunal must consist of three members of equal or greater rank than the accused. So if you chose Ultra and Cole for their military past then this is invalid. Good luck finding 3 Majors or above on here.
Now if you are using forum ranks then we need to establish a set of standard levels. I always thought we were more of an autonomous collective though.

I've finally seen first hand how bad consoles are graphically.

Witcher 3 runs at 900p 30fps on xbox one. I'm running it at 1080p on ultra at around 35-40fps. Even when it dips below 30fps it still looks/runs amazingly compared to the console.

Anyways, I think my indoc into PC gaming is complete. Wish I didn't build a budget PC at this point. How well do used parts hold their value? Mostly interested in offloading the gtx 1050 Ti SC
