@Guff, we still don't know if LWCP > harmonic damper!

I truly hate pissing matches. Am I the only one who gets zero entertainment from internet hostility? I love well natured banter but I'm just saddened by outright hostility.

To me, if you want to spend a couple hundred bucks to add a splash of colour to your engine bay, then cool. But don't claim hella performance gains without being able to back it up. Not to mention the whole "I've had a lwcp on for xxxx miles and my engine hasn't blown, so obviously it's not a harmonic damper!!!11!!!1"

Mine are PURPLE and add some bling! That's about it....

(They also add a bit to the overall weight loss plan)

Now I see why it costs $11 bucks (instead of free) to get a copy of M$ Office Pro for home use from your corporate employer as it has no such labeling.

I've been reading pizza is sorta kinda labeled as "dirty carbs" (due to how we make it in murica) so trying to ween my self away from them. We have pizza at work all the time.. My boss will probably give me a funny look when I ask for a chicken salad or something.

My diet is along the lines of "eat whatever I want, whenever I want." It's absolutely wonderful.

That's actually the best way to eat.

I am going to cut out soda and other actual junk food though. It'll be really hard to do that since the temptation is always there at work since we get free soda and candy.

I've asked in the past if they can provide juice but was denied.
