No the rear fog indicator wont work, i'm wondering if i can enable it with techstream, i just wire a orange led and stick it near the HID headlight level switch to let me know its on

these modules cost like 20-25$ to make and will take some DIY know how

It has 4 wires

ground (any bare metal)
+ 12 V (tap into front fog)
signal (connects to stalk)
+12v (to power rear fog)

as simple as i can make it

I want to go all OEM if possible, but if this is a real pain I guess I can just wire it to come on with the front fogs...

that has been my intimate end goal, wiring it OEM doesn't work.
I still don't want a dead rear fog switch

In the BECU, is it disabled via software or hardware?
My company does this to their products too, and I have to configure them before they go out the door.
