It happens 2 or 3 times a day last week. On Monday everytime I came to a stop in neutral the idle would fluctuate and feel like it would stall. I havent driven today but will continue to update if this continues.

I gassed up last night for the first time and had been driving for about half an hour, and when I turned the car back on it was a little rough and the rpm needle was bouncing quickly back and forth between about 500 and 1000 rpm. I drove it out of the gas station and then for another half hour, and no issues. Today it is running fine too. Might have just been adjusting to the new gas or something. (Esso 91 octane, a/c off)

I started having the idle dip at about 800kms, now at 1900 and still there. Not stalling or anything, just barely noticeable.

The last few days my BRZ has been idling at around 500-550 RPM at red lights. Get that almost stall feeling. :P A little over 400KM on it.

Any updates as to more people having this issue? I'm thinking of bringing my car back to Open Road Scion Richmond in regards to this issue. I've got over 2600kms on it & notice it slightly sometimes. It comes and goes but this shouldn't really be happening on any car. Pay attention guys. We spent a lot of our hardwork money on this car.

I was also able to get a copy of the PDF regarding this issue off the Subaru
Technical Board. Supposed fix for this.

Item Code: 02-132-12
Item Type: Technical Service Bulletin
Title: DTCs Relating to the AVCS (Active Valve Control System)
