I always get a chuckle out of the whole "Canadian Tire products are crap" statement. Most of their products are exactly the same as you would buy anyplace else so no lower level there.
Like many places they carry several levels of quality tools. If you buy that $5 socket set ya it is crap but take two steps to the right and grab a $100 Master Craft set and you have a tool that is the quality of the best in class and a lifetime warranty.
As far as car parts go they again carry at least two quality levels of just about anything. People dismiss the $12 oem made bearing, buy the $2 Chinese knock off and then bitch CTC out for their "crappy" quality. The whole trick at CTC (and most stores) is don't buy the cheap shit expecting the same performance and quality as the good stuff and if you do buy the junk don't blame the store for selling it to you.

LOL Just watch my replies to posts and you will easily see where you fit in the dumbass (in my own opinion) hierarchy.
It is a tight race this week though so you will have to really really try hard to get into the running. Not convinced you could pull it off actually.
Now if you want you can throw a header on your car and complain it isn't running right, get a ticket for it then whine that it isn't fair, lose control and smash your car up then want the insurance company to fix it since you owe so much, go looking for beat to crap cars with a turbo on them already instead of doing up a good one yourself, resurrect an old thread to say "me too" and wonder why your car won't start but has enough power to light the dash lights. Once you do all of that them make sure you argue with everybody that responds and trys to help. That may manage to get you to the middle of the pack this week.

Sometimes it really is necessary just to step away for a month or three and take a break. Some people do it by getting temp-banned (Cole) or by just saying they're taking a break (Tcoat). I do it by suddenly disappearing and having everyone blame Tcoat because he's the last one who saw me alive.

The only problem with the vacation club is then you come back and read everything that happened while you were gone anyway. It is like saturation dumbassedness then but it does sort of numb you so it is manageable.

Well not everybody screws off to active deployments just to avoid the forum. Sort of over kill really.
We did have fun with that for a while though.
