The best package story I had is a delivery that I wasnt tracking only to go check and it says it got delivered 2 days prior. No notes or whatever on the door. Im freaking out looking all over the porch, front planters, etc. Finally realize a plastic tray is flipped upside down. Dude had put it underneath and it sat there for 2 days

I have studied the subject by observing a number of landlords, building managers and superintendents over decades.
The most striking trait they all share is believing they are vastly smarter than everybody else and being very, very wrong about it.
Being ill-tempered and dyspeptic is also very common.
Not sure if any of that is required in any way, but it wouldn't surprise me.
