I keep all my original bulbs in a box and labeled for when others burn out.
Wow. Really? That sucks. I never had issues with AT&T in the past, I only ever used Comcast because they supposedly had faster internet for less.

I think I have the OEM Osrams in the CBI boxes in a TRS box. Lol

Yeah. ATT has been great in store to me so far but over the phone they arent much help and wont help out with cost (they offered me $5 off). Was rediculous. I will say canceling AT&T was way easier then canceling Comcast though.

The 17 tails have different openings. It looks like there is a different part # gasket since there's only one cut out now for the bulge/connectors.

I'm kinda like MyKey, I just didn't really have much of a choice.

I was a comcast customer for a really long time. I've gotten used to the routine of having to call them every year or so to complain about the price going up, then they would magically offer me the same package (or sometimes even more) for less money, I would sign up for it, use it for another year, watch the price go up, rinse, repeat.

When I moved, an AT&T rep came up to my house and informed me that my street had "fiber" already laid and I can get wired up for high speed internet very easily, free install, yada yada yada, so I figured it was a good time for a change. I started asking the usual questions: how much is it going to cost monthly? is there an installation fee? is the pricing based on a contact? All the answers sounded good so I said sure. Fast forward when the installer shows up, he says oh, its $ for install, $ for a box, $ more monthly unless I downgrade. To top it all off, turns out its only "sort of" fiber optic as in fiber stops at the street then goes back to copper into my house (basically, same as a cable). So I call AT&T to cancel since the sales guy assured me I can cancel with no penalties within 14 days (its been 3), turns out I'm on contract and its another $ to cancel.

Although Comcast was a huge PITA, they've never lied to my face, just conveniently left out details. I'm waiting out my contract (which, funny enough, has gone up) and begrudgingly switching back to comcast.

Yep. Pretty much why I switched to comcast. AT&T sales rep basically lied about everything I was suppose to receive. I called them up and cancelled immediately.

At least they offered something

Comcast offered me 3 months of HBO, I declined cuz A. don't need it, and B. may give them the chance to subscribe me without me knowing (autopay).

Yeah, I've always done the same, call to cancel when contract is up, and whaddaya know, "can give the bundle to you at the same price" all of a sudden. But after this crap, I won't be a returning customer. I get some service outages, either cable, internet, or landline (yes, I have one of those) rather often (for the amount I'm paying for the service), and it'll be hours at a time before the service returns. They've "graciously" credit me $20 before, but just once.

Comcast tried doing that to me in the apartment I used to live at. They said free install, and then tried charging me. I refused to pay since they said free install. I got my way. haha.

Lie through omission is the same as a lie to the face to me. So by them conveniently (for them) forgetting to tell me that the rate will go up half way through the contract is just plain bad business.

Comcast lied to my face last time when trying to renogiate. I was hella pissed. Next time im not gonna go through the i need to lower my bill BS but tell them Im cancelling til I get to the last guy in line.

If AT&T didnt skyrocket I wouldnt have gone back but i dont like TV that much.

AT&T was also faster in my area at least even with lower billed speeds

I just looked up what my local ISP options are, the only other choice was Earthlink with their "blazing fast" DSL

Maybe I'll just wait for another AOL CD to come in the mail...

I hate that, but most companies do that. Optimum which I love their QDW looks awesome, doesn't work well with other stuff. I stacked it on top of some Eco-smart and both feels less slick.
I hate their PR team and how they make 20 of the same thing, I have to talk to a distributor to get non-PR stuff, and even then they don't know standard terms for detailing stuff sometimes.

I'm still learning though.

Find it and replace the other one but it's still off color. Not gonna buy new bulbs again though so whatever. Save the old one for a spare. Now the other one goes out so I'm glad I kept the spare. I flip HID's if you need some cheap (I can't speak for quality but they're not jaw dropping)

AT&T techs are idiots, I'm a shitty engineer, but I had a ten min debate why he was wrong, pulled out my certificate and textbook informing him why he was wrong, he walked away. Filed a fix that it was customer fault and not mine. Charge me $160. Issue came back (even though from their perspective they didn't come to fix it but to visit me), informed call center, and they said they can come out again but they'd have to charge me again. To fix their equipment. Eff that noise.
