I'm one of the few on this forum who likes the stock wheels and plan to keep them.
If I'd ever get a different set, it would either be something like the OZ Superturismo's or Enkei RC-T4.

Enkei RC-T4 looks really good cuz of the center part of the rim it looks like something from a touring car or rally car, maybe in white.

White wheels on a red car looks awesome! Just take a lot of dedication to keep them clean. Especially if they are RC-T4's lol

So are a multi spoke guy, just like me. I really like the look of my Oz Superturismo LM. Think you can't go wrong with either of them.

I put the Loden Steering overlay. I think it looks very good for a fraction of the cost of the real thing that costs $800+

I bought it here

Thanks - that looks great in grey! I have the silver version of that and have always wondered if I should go with the grey steering wheel matching one.

I'm with you on that one - no way I'm paying $800 for that change!

Yeah, I'm actually going to buy another one this year since mine is damaged a little now. I was drinking coffee or something and I saw a small spot on it and thought it was just dirt and started to rub on it and peeled a little piece off. It's silver underneath by the way haha. I took a black marker and touched it up...but yeah buying a new one this spring cause it annoys me knowing there is a small black dot now in the bottom part.

I think in a few years the authentic 86 airbag will be much cheaper since the demand should go down now that we have the Toyota 86 here also. I'll probably pick it up than.

Right now I'm more interested and excited for new tires in the spring. I keep hearing how tires transform this car...so should be interesting.

Don't waste your money on a new one, the black coating won't last. Better peel all black of and give it some nice layers of black plasti dip, that should also give you the right finish.

I never actually thought of using Plasti-Dip!
Good idea...I may try that then when it gets ruined a bit more.

Hi Mr. Impreza,

Where did you purchase? Off of ft86motorsports? Is there a Canadian Dealership that sells the Fujitsubos? How do they compare in weight/sound to FT86SpeedFactory, Corsas, Perrin?

You know, from a drivers car prospective, the 86/BRZ are untouchable.

However Subaru's are fun cars for sure. I'd highly suggest driving a 2004-2007 WRX STI. Those were the days when Subaru was still raw and felt rally inspired. From 08+ the car became too soft for me and just felt like a normal car with a Turbo slapped on.

Fujitsubo parts for our cars are generally not available in Canada since they are expensive which translates to a much smaller demand. Even for my 02 WRX, I had to drive down to Buffalo to get the Fujitsubo Legalis R.

I personally bought my Authorize R from RHD Japan.
http://www.rhdjapan.com/search/?q=fujitsubo%20zn6

FRSports in California also has Fujitsubo parts. I bought the Fujitsubo Front Pipe from them since the Front Pipe is a North American exclusive piece and cannot be ordered from Japan.
http://www.frsport.com/index.php?tar...d&q=fujitsubo+

~ In regards to comparison I'm sorry that I can't help you since I have never experienced those exhausts. All I can tell you is the Fujitsubo would probably be quieter since it's considered one of the quietest exhausts on the market.

All i experienced in this car was the Greddy SP Elite Axel Back & Invidia Q300.

The Authorize R is quieter than the Greddy. I believe it's even quieter than the Q300.

Weight wise, it's lighter than the Invidia Q300. (Greddy is a axel back, not catback so can't compare)

~

I'll leave you with this.
Fujitsubo is known more for high quality OEM+ characteristics. They even make the STI exhaust for the BRZ TS model in Japan. They just brand it as STI.
If your looking for high quality, made in Japan exhausts that are quiet than Fujitsubo is for you.
(That being said, they do offer more race oriented exhaust called the Authorize RM which is louder and double the price)

Hope this helps buddy. Take your time and make the right choice. There are a lot of good options out there
