I am glad I am not the only one who thinks that just looks awful. I mean the volume of those pipes are probably bigger than the piston cylinders in the car. Excessive and just not tasteful.

Kudos for the duct-tape repair job though. My Dad always said a race car wasn't a race car until the body had some duct tape on it and at least one part was being held up by parts of a wire clothes hanger.

I vote they use a single tip at each end, and back them up into the bumper just a little. Done!

With properly matched cut outs on the bumper and black ceramic coating I think it would look pretty good.
