Well now, don't that beat all ...... ya'll got no snow down there, on the lowlands at least .... so, you go get stuck in a gravel parking lot ..... that earns you a humfrz

I swear, someone must have added more gravel in that spot since I almost got a Prius stuck in the same spot later that night. I'm going to blame Nissan/Infiniti (we let them use our storage lot as well, and their cars are to the right of the picture, just out of the frame).

I love winter! Now I have time to play with the car:

Spyder Headlights with HID and Angel Eyes so I can be like the cool kids

Yellow Fogs and the housing so I can be a rallycar cool kid with a JDM twist

And Last but not least Spyder Tails, already have Valenti's so I'm not sure what's going to happen with these

Let it snow!

Garage
Today I left it parked in the garage because it snowed, has been below freezing all day (as we currently creep down into single digit territory tonight), will be followed by a high of 18 tomorrow with snow and wind......and the car's still sitting on those friggin summer tires. So yeah, since I don't want to see how well my car skates...

Had to wash the mess left behind by some foul winged creature with the runs. Never washed the car with a hose in freezing weather before. Worked out fine except for the skating rink that formed around the car -d'oh!

Can't wait for March/April.........

WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR FRS TODAY?

Got warranty work done. My car had a faulty pulley and tore the belt up which caused my water pump to stop working and then coolant went everywhere before I knew what happened. This happened 30 minutes after installing my rear lower control arms and I was on the way to get my alignment done. They did good work, and had it finished quickly. I thought it was quite an odd failure but I can't complain it's been my only issue and I've put 34k miles on her so not too big a deal.

Yesterday I paid entirely too much and waited entirely too long for a shop to replace my stock over pipe and front pipe on my lease so I won't get in trouble when I trade it for the new lease. And of course the guy that parked it rammed the front bumper all the way over the curb. It made a hell of a noise coming off, so a couple of pipes are probably the least of my concerns now.

Since work has been so hectic lately I needed to change to my oem wheels for winter.. I'm having michelin x-ice mounted Monday so after Xmas shopping all day I worked into the night replacing the wheels and cleaning all the goodies while I had access. Ended up losing a stock lug nut in the shroud of darkness.

Life lesson: don't work on your car after sun down and hold onto your Nuts.
