One wheel has curb rash and another wheel has a slight chip but they are a steal at this price
Really looking for local pickup in nj but I can travel within a hours distance
Or buyer pays shipping and PayPal fees

For a 18x9 wheel, 20-22 pounds is pretty standard and hard to get lower

Yeahhhh but my current wheels are about 16 pounds and I wouldn't even consider going up to an 18" wheel if it wasn't very light.
