Concept II, the first one was starting to get somewhat bland.

MkII's pic isn't actual pic, so I don't think it's fair I believe. They need to change it to original MkI vs original MkII. Not original MkI vs P-Chopped MkII

The shop has red tails and no spoiler. Its close enough.. I'd guess the production is going to have the red tails in the US anyway

IDK where you have been living, but have you seen recent cars? STI hatch, Rx8, G8, Altima, and list just goes on & on.

I'm in the "OH MY GOD THEY'VE MADE A RWD CAR THAT ISN'T AN SUV!!!!" phase and am too shocked to care about one version or the other. The Mark II is more youthful, aggressive, and muscular, whereas the Mark I appears to be more of a production-line car, which is quite a bit like a 370z or something.
I'm just praying that the damn thing doesn't top like $35k. I want the target to be $20k, as I have no intention of paying $600/month for a car ever again. |

On another note.... Will the S15 probably be the closest to the FT-86 in regards to handling/low centre of gravity and power/weight ratio??? Last edited by FT-86GOD; 03-03-2011 at 02:28 AM. |

Yea, I guess you guys are probably right.
The FT86II is 10 inches shorter, and 3 inches wider than the S15. But weight of the S15 is 2734, which is close to estimated FT weight. It had 247hp/202LBSFT, which is also probably close to what the FT could have. |

~250 bhp/200 lbft would be very good for a sub 2800 lb car. They should be able to achieve that NA at this point too (although might need the 2.5 to do it...) If it makes those numbers at the crank, boosted or NA, I'd be happy. |
