Aye fam.

I'm kicking myself for deciding not to bring my snow pants with me. Worst case we pop by a local PPE store and pick some up. Luckily we're in and out of a truck or a helicopter all day, so we get some shelter from the cold fairly often.

Drive safe out there!

Got passed on the freeway by a subie wagon weaving in and out of traffic. It was almost like I was standing still! My wife was like "Whoa!" Dude passed on the left!

For the record, I was in my truck, so I don't think he was trying to race or showoff or whatever. I could see his roof jerk back and forth between lanes ahead of me for a minute.

This was not just driving aggressively, this was stupidity. I was a little shocked. Guess I shouldn't be...

On a side note: Went to the horse races yesterday. It was a beautiful day! Did not win any money, but had fun!

I would bet that 9 out of 10 "Dude tried to race me" posts are just the other guy driving like he always does.

I just went to a viewing for a young 86 owner yesterday (funeral is today). He passed in a car accident after losing control of his twin and sliding in front of an oncoming tow truck. Straight road, clear skies at the time, dry road. Still notnsure exactly what happened but he ended up in oncoming traffic so obviously lost control somehow

That is a sad story. RIP to the young man. Condolences to his family and friends.

I was half expecting to see an accident up the road after getting passed like we did.

It just snowed at my house... Maybe like an inch or two.
We typically don't see that until February usually.
