Nice! Let me know. A friend of mine and I are going. He will be in his 16' BRZ. Both of us are fairly stock and will be in HPDE 1.

#19 checking in! Had to say goodbye to my 10 Series several months ago when she was totaled...been going back and forth on getting another FR-S or waiting for the 86. Well, the moment finally came around where a 2.0 was being turned in and I just couldn't pass up theopportunity, so I pulled the trigger

I was thinking about getting rfp1 for weight reduction and wanted something wider but the rpf1 17x8 at 15.6 lbs and MPSS at 23 lbs. If the stock wheels are 38lbs the it seems like the stock wheels are just fine weight wise. Not sure how your 17x9 are lighter thatn the 17x8s. Unless the white papers from enkei and Michelin are off.

Guess I can "weight" to wear the stock tires down first as all I would gain is better grip and I'm not a racer. might even just keep it stock as it would be marginal aesthetic changes for the most part. I don't even care for the looks of the rpf1 just thought they were a lot lighter.
