2mm spacer options
Having trouble finding 2mm (alternatively considering 3mm) spacer options. Anybody?

Here's 3mm. I'm still looking for 2mm.
https://www.amazon.com/5x112-5x100-H...100+3mm+spacer EDIT: If you would rather buy from a forum vendor, @Mach V Dan makes 3mm spacers as well. They're a little more money, but they seem nicer. He might be able to make 2mm spacers for you. http://www.fastwrx.com/collections/w...-wheel-spacers |

2mm is .07 of an inch. Doubt they bother to make anything that small. What would be the point?

I agree, but he's also going to run into fender clearance if he goes out too far. He just posted a thread about inner fender/frame clearance issues and camber, and I think he's running 18x9.5+43 wheels. He doesn't have a lot of room to play with.
@switchlanez, you may want to look into restricting the steering angle. Velox makes shims for steering racks that they include with their brake cooling kits in order to keep the wheels from turning enough to hit the ducts. They might sell you some shims directly. |

Thanks. Yes also considering those steering stops. Here's my BBK clearance issue on TWS T66-F 18x8.5 +42. Looks like a fraction of a mil. Good thing Discount Tire wrote me a check covering full cost of wheels and caliper touch up for not checking clearance before returning my car.

If you don't mind new studs on the front, you could fit 5mm spacers with no problem, and 15mm on the rear. You can get bolt-on 15mm spacers, so you wouldn't need new studs on the rear. |

Absolutely false, unless your wheels are hilariously poor in design.

Some guys are running a 5mm slip, but the amount of threads that engage on your lug nut is questionable. Judging from your post. "unless your wheels are hilariously poor in design" you did not read that the OP has TWS T66-F. Which are one of the best, lightest, forged, wheels available for our cars. |

18x8 +38 has 4mm different offset than +42, but 18x8.5 adds 12.7mm or 6.35mm on each side of the wheel. Math. |

38 mm offset moves the wheel 4mm out compared to 42 mm to avoid rubbing inside wheel. Since the wheel itself is 6.25 narrower on each side, it doesn't poke out as well. What was your math grade?
