Not to be a downer...But, just a reminder, that's it's probably not worth 3 points and $500 to get caught with a phone in your hand while driving.

It would SUCK to lose 3 points that way!

Fun story about this;

I believe it was New York City that did this, but I'm not 100% sure. The city put in "safe texting zones" at intersections, that you're allowed to text in while stopped at a red light. Apparently because of this, texting and driving tickets went down substantially. sounds like an extremely logical thing to do.
