I don't mind keeping the tires since they are MPG Friendly for my Prius. However, I have another set of wheels in the garage that need tires, but if you want them on there, just add an additional $350 on top.

Subaru uses acorn style aka tuner lugs from factory so either should work

BRZ oem rear diffuser, you'll need to get mounting hardware for it though cause it was mostly broken. The diffuser itself is in decent shape. $20

Unichip, used but good condition. The release button on the CPS plug is broken, the plug stays attached though. $200
