You could buy one kit and 20 add on packs of exhausts and wheels and just keep changing them. Would be marginally cheaper than doing the real thing.

Now why would I do that out of pocket when work is sending me on one in February for free?

The only other course that's going to enhance my career is a B. Eng program. I am not ready to go back to school yet.
