I am not affiliated with ACE in any way, I just have their header and front pipe and am excited for this product to come out. If this is breaking forum rules in any way please promptly delete.

Trust me I want a @AceHeader-MT header. but this build has turned my wallet inside out. My goal is to get the engine buttoned up completely this spring. Then to save for Exhaust and Tuning.

You won't be disappointed with their header. I was mainly linking for the axle back they're making because it has been in development for over a year and they're talking about it finally hitting production early next year. Their goal is to be able to keep a catless setup below 90db, which is no small feat.

Have you thought of putting a 2017 intake manifold on in the short term just to get this thing running while the ITBs are being developed?
You'd be doubling up on tuning, but at least you'd have some sort of baseline to work off.
The dynos I've seen of 2017 engines don't seem to drop off as steeply after 7000 rpm, so maybe it's worth a shot?

I just want to see this thing running!

I'd also like to see what this motor does with a stock manifold. That way me might have some kind of comparison for an itb setup.

Well it has been a long while.
I spent some money last week but not on the engine...
Found a deal on a FRS 6MT trans too good to pass up so it cut into my head work budget

Maybe one day... Maybe

Sooooooo it's been a LONG time since an update.
Been super busy between multiple projects but here we go.

I finally taught myself enough Solidworks to produce what I needed pics attached.
Spent money on a 3D printer to assist in R&D also started working on a DIY CNC machine.
I can literally call this a "built not bought" project.

Ran into a stock fuel line interference issue that now needs resolved. My other concern in Alternator clearance I will have to mock it up on an assembled engine or do some measuring.

The amount of learning and tool purchases blow this project cost out of the water.
