I am also a fun of TODA products. They build quality stuff that give actual results. I remember when different manufacturers were selling headers for the S2K. Most of them didn't provide any gains. I mean real gains from the header and not the bush*t of playing with the tune and changing AFRs and timing. One of the few headers that worked was the one from TODA. |

Why would it work better with the new manifold?

Tuned gains were impressive but would probably cost 100$ per unit when adding price of tune/license to throttle body.

As with the cusco tb any na gains will most likely be within the margin of error and unrepeatable. Just like a ground kit.

Who tried the Cusco tb? What everyone mentions here is based on pure speculation and on what they've read on the internet. I am aware of only two people who installed the Toda tb on NA cars and they were quite happy with the results. They also mentioned about actual gains. If these were some random guys, I wouldn't pay much attention. However, these people showed that they know of what they are doing. Even if 86speed won't give results on a NA build, this doesn't mean that a larger tb doesn't work as a concept on our cars. There are always big differences between various implementations.

We have these back in stock and still at an intro price -
I can hook someone up if they will review an honest opinion of this on an N/A - meaning the but dyno. We already know it works and makes power and has a better throttle response. We also will be tuning and installing one on a 2017 BRZ - We are working out a time and what exactly what mods we will also be tuning- Currently the car is bone stock with Zero mods. So we will more than likely test a throttle body and an intake |
