I have stutter around 1500rpm even when up to temperature. Any judders like you have hit a rev limiter a couple of times and then it pulls hard.

Any ideas?

Want me to have a look mate? Could be fuel, ignition timing or a hardware error.

Need some help to find a temp gauge that is compatible with this Bosch AIT sensor (from a BMW) http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....175&rmvSB=true

In the process of fitting one to the base of a 210 sc so I can get pre and post laminova charge temps for R&D .

Have done a bit of searching but no luck so if anyone knows of a decent gauge that will work with this

Why not wire it into the ECU and then you can have all IAT temps logged?

Pic of what's been done .

I have no idea how to wire it to the ecu and I was hoping it would work with the post cooler ait gauge I already have but the resistance / value of the sensors is way different so no go and what are the chances the ecu would recognize the sensor

That's why for a noob like me I was trying to go with a kiss system and just buy a compatible gauge .

Rear O2 or CPC input. Custom map with the sensor voltage mapped correctly. Then you could have a direct output of IAT etc. You could then rewire the other sensor to the original IAT sensor input. You then have 2 temp sensors that can be used by the ECU.

Hey guys. The aftermarket idler pulley on my kit has been squeaking quite a lot lately.

Anyone have any similar issues/insight?

Edit: I've replaced the actual pulley, but it seemed it might be an issue with the pulley and the little spacer to which it connects.

When mine starts to squeak for some reason it goes away with a new belt, seems like when they stretch a little it puts the oem tensioner pulley in an odd spot making it squeak. A new belt fixes it every time for me. I'm using an HD belt now and I haven't had a problem since.

Ya, I forgot but it did stop squeaking when I replaced the belt. Then it slowly came back lol. Ill give that a try. Thanks a lot!

I had the same thing and went through 3 regular belts. I switched to the blue belt and it eventually started squeaking as well. I think our cars have a squeak curse from various things.
