Now that you're definitely accruing medical bills that should / will be paid by insurance in the long run it is (in my experience) good to have legal representation walk you through the process and give you sound council. I would delete this thread and all talk of it though because the insurance companies definitely search for threads and facebook posts for incriminating evidence to have leverage and avoid paying out.
I work in the insurance industry, where did you get your information from? Personal experience? Or other?

Because I don't ever recall any insurance companies digging into forums/Facebook unless it was something more serious such as fraud lol.

Multiple sources. One being a lawyer I had to deal with and also it is commonly described in reliable news sources.

I think data mining has been somewhat commonplace since around 2010.

May I inquire as to what you do in the insurance industry?

holy shit first off, glad you are ok, secondly i hope the nissan guy is ok.

but i hope that nissan dumbass learns how to drive though...like seriously that was a hard enough hit to flip his stupid ass over due to that red light violation.....idiot....probably texting and driving or something. life has no price tag and the guy was taking it for granted. i hope he learned a lesson.

but the main thing, i am glad everyone is alright. and i am sorry for the damage done to your car..

If the other guy got a ticket for running a red and he didn't than I don't think posting on the forum is going to matter much.
