Saw a Rs1 with legacy plate "86FRS5V" driving north on Los Angeles passed 3rd St in DTLA 7:17pm Monday November 7. Asian male driver with glasses. We exchanged peace sign. I was the passenger of @Shokku Itasha white FRS and at the stop light. I got out of my friend's FRS, ran to your RS1 and gave you some spotted cards before the green lights:
