Any ideas on where to get a cage like that built? Looks like they managed to keep the stock dash in with little to no cutting/destroying. I'm interested in getting an FIA cage installed in a few years that keeps the passenger seat and doesn't have the door crossbar.

Appears to be a custom "rally style" exhaust with mini catalytic converters at the very end of the system.

What surprise? SEMA is and always will be catered to industry professionals.

If you have an interest in this car (as-is, not individual parts off it), you are most likely a motorsport professional that may want to race this car. The average end user won't see why this car at SEMA is so cool...

It should be noted that out of all the manufacturers at SEMA, Toyota was the only one to showcase a "normal" factory-prepped race car. The next closest thing was the Mustang GT4, which is homogolated for a different class of racing. Acura had the NSX GT3, Lexus had a RC F GT3, but Toyota's car was the most normal of them all and the actual debut of the 2017-spec CS-V3.

Corrected earlier post: Could be race cats for places that require them.

I've seen those circular pattern packed metal things on various rally exhausts, sometime even glowing red. But.. you're saying that's not a catalytic converter?? Okay...

The tips on the CS-V3 look like perforated baffling, which is different than what appears to be monolithic elements in your pictures... Maybe those are fancy flame arrestors...? It'd be pretty ineffective to have a converter that far away from the motor if you actually wanted it to work well.

Edit: or maybe on a real race car, the exhaust is still hot enough at the tip to fire up the converter...?? My money is still on spark arrestors though...lol
