I'm honestly not sure the list of the "plethora of problems" is particularly useful when looking past 2013.

Or even if looking at a 13 since when looking at individual cars either the problems never appeared or have been fixed. There can not be many still running around with the issues.

Sure it is. There are plenty of reported issues to be aware of. Squeeking window seals, clicking axles, crickets, idle issues, transmission clunk, foggy taillights.... etc etc.

Knowing a vehicle you are going to purchase, and being informed of any general issues is ALWAYS a good idea. True, a lot of issues got "resolved" but there are several that are issues throughout the years. Doing your due diligence and researching a product is the way to insure being a happy consumer, and making an educated decision.

There are issues with every vehicle make and model. Just know what you're buying.

They are not an "issue".

If everything that is whined about with these cars was called an "issue" they should all be crushed and made into soup cans.

Nice to have you back.

OP: I'd at least educate yourself about crickets.

Oh people need to know about the various issues but when looking at the whole list at once they need to understand that not all cars had all those things go wrong. Other than the crickets (a mildly annoying noise from the normal operation of the fuel pump) there really isn't anything earth shattering. To throw the whole list out there and say "look at all these problems" is very deceiving. There are many of us out there that have never had a single problem.

I'm one of them..... well, except the crickets. Which, until I DID RESEARCH bugged the hell out of me.
