I was trying to decide between the two and I'm picking (haven't got it yet so take this with a grain of salt) the JRSC is because it is much lighter and the power band keeps the cars original characteristics instead of changing it entirely like I'm guessing the Edlebrock does with so much low end torque. Not that one is better than the other, purely preference.

A big advantage is the JRSC's air to air Intercooler vs the Water to air Heat exchanger. The heat exchanger doesn't perform as well, so the water heats up, and the hotter it gets, the more power you lose. The Rotrex doesn't produce very much heat at all, and the air to air intercooler keeps cool air coming through, so you don't lose power like a roots. There are too many pro's of the JR kit to the others.

And here I always thought the pros to the water to air kits was better cooling.

Superior burst cooling, inferior sustained cooling.

Water can absorb more heat, but all that heat also has to be shed; water can't absorb an infinite amount of heat.

I haven't but it's physics.

I have it and like it... very slick integration into a stock interior and serves as multiple gauges if you don't want a bunch of gauges everywhere. I use it to monitor oil and coolant temps on and off the track.
