It sounds more like a company name than a person's name but I'm honored!

@~el~jefe~ I'm not going to dig up the articles / videos I've read / watched to provide them to you. Life is short.
What I did do is go out to the garage and look at the AT '17 BRZ Limited sitting in it. It does in fact have the structural change to the rear wheel wells. The front V-bar support looks identical to the one shown in the leaked internal pdf, but idk how much that matters since it's not clear how much "thicker" they made the mount. |

Is this a general disclaimer or one specific to the Performance Package: "1 We do not recommend racing your vehicle. Racing may void the vehicle warranty. See Warranty & Maintenance Booklet for details. If you do race the vehicle, do it safely and lawfully on approved racing tracks. Drive responsibly at all times and obey all traffic laws.
2 Manual transmission models only. Not available on BRZ Premium." ? |

I passed on the PP. It's around 17 lbs of extra wheel and brake weight. I plan to track after the newness wears off, and will go with wider and lighter wheels than 7.5 and better and lighter brakes than an OEM-style Brembo.

I am going to get the PP because as Tcoat says: If the dampers suck for you, sell them, and get new dampers for 0 lost dollars just about. The wheels I like, the brembo's I really do like. 1100 dollars is a savings of like 2000 dollars easily. Plus, the sachs might be more comfortable |

For those of you that have already ordered, what did you pay before taxes? I'm going in tomorrow to put an order in and truecar has no information for the performance package. I was hoping to get one at $28k+TTL but that might be a stretch.

After delivery and fees, before taxes and registration i have a NYC quote of $28,600. I have heard that tri state metro ny area has worse buying than rest of country. I would guess it would be 28,400 for a good deal limited pp and ORDERED. A lot car THIS weekend would be lot less if you show cash on the table. Special weekend
