Another Android question for the guru's... I want to be able to launch a sound recording app from my lock screen WITHOUT entering my unlock pin. Is this possible? Currently on Marshmallow, not rooted. Ive tried a couple different lock screen apps but they weren't quite right

I'd like to build a hyper compound charging system for my FRS... A centrifugal SC will push the hot side of my turbo which will feed a roots SC. Do I need to build my engine or will stock internals work? Do I need a new clutch? I'd like to keep it under $1000. Thanks in advance
