Yeah we grade how happy our customers are lmao! Most people hate servicing their cars/trucks so I feel that skews the numbers a little... oh and the $1500 we charge for brakes on a car doesn't help either

our information security analyst said that a BeFrugal toolbar that was installed on two company machines is a false negative if it bypasses all of our pertinent security detection solutions

this toolbar installed itself without the user's consent and awareness which ended up hijacking the browser and changing the settings to the point where it caused internet explorer to crash everytime it tried to open

yup false positive all right?...this is why we got hit with a crypolocker ransomware a few months back...carelessness...

he didn't want me to run Adwcleaner because it "registers as malicious" on a couple sites....our network will get fucked in the backdoor again
