It really doesn't look like any exhaust component could be vibrating against something, but I can't think of anything else it could be because it started right after installing the Ace header.

ACE FP too or just the header? Stock cat-back? If it is the 350+FP with a stock cat-back it just has a super "tinny" sound but nothing on mine was touching. If CSG+ACE can have an exhaust using their FP that isn't obnoxious and not "tinny" **mother of god**

I don't think so, this really sounds like metal buzzing against each other. I'll try it out though.

I have the Ace 350 header+over pipe. Stock front pipe and Invidia Q300 cat-back

ACE A/350, GrimmSpeed intake, stock front and mid pipe, 93 octane. Tuned at PRT Performance made 175 on their Mustang dyno, torque dip gone, car pulls nice and smooth now.
