Well if I could print all the parts and then assemble them. The fun is in the build not the finished product. I pour weeks of research and months of build time in just to put them on a shelf and never touch them again once complete.

When I come over we're gonna take them all out and play with them.

edit: Ooo, I know! Let's make a stop-action short film.

At least now there's the Internet. I remember not too long ago when builders got to do a lot of research into very detailed photographs of the real thing before they can start building them. Later on came these Aoshima photoetched parts to upgrade the Tamiya kits.

Shame I haven't seen Aoshima and Fujimi much around the GTA these days, although I don't have the skillset to build models sometimes I like to walk around hobby shops and toy shops around town just to check them out.

I remember there is this one other brand called Pocher with these big ass car kits, like really huge.

I doubt I would. They would first have to be good.

Started out making stick figures do stupid stuff in the margins of my notebooks.

So I am getting a new front bumper after all.. along with a fender liner and black plastic under thingy. Won't get into details publicly but lets just say a minor incident happened.. and the car really wanted to harness it's inner Subaru.

Shop is going to be busy for a whole month so I just gotta avoid huge puddles until then since I have no liner in the wheel well :o

Thinking about getting a clearbra now.

I am just told I have to spend a fun filled week in Stick Blossom... err Flowery Branch Georgia in January. Is that anywhere near you guys?

if I remember correctly the name was an English version of the original Indian name and meant something like "Blossom Creek". It's current claim to fame is its the home of the Atlanta Falcons training camp.

Google Maps says its a little over an hour from the Hawk Nest but more likely over two with standard traffic and about 3 from where I work.

Let me know when you're coming though, I'm sure we can work out a meet somewhere.
