I can actually tell people that the BRZ forum is run by a real Japanese unlike the sushi restaurants and izakayas around here.

Yes. I try to avoid been bias in those part of the rules... to certain level. Maybe unconsciously, I might favor one member over from another.

Drive my S2000 for the first time since I got the BRZ and man the difference....can't say if I like or dislike. Anyways new owner is taking her away soon, then it will be time to start getting items for the BRZ, lol front lip already on order.

In and around Toronto most if not all Japanese restaurants are actually owned and operated by Chinese or Koreans that can speak Japanese and Mandarin, regardless if all the servers take down orders in kana.

I'm surprised that in and around Toronto Japanese restaurants are owned by Chinese ppl. iirc Toronto have a most Japanese ppl living in Canada.

As for the BRZ vs S2k. I think that's all depends on ppl's preference imo. I think S2k are amazing NA car. Even modern days I haven't seen much car (stock form) is a par or better than S2k... only sucky part for S2k is there are limited mods. Most of aftermarket part doesn't improve their performances... well at least that's what I noticed.

Very true in the last 5 years or so and there has been an explosion of ramen and izakaya joints around town, and recently also a few Muji and Uniqlo locations.

Also relatively easy now to find JDM fashion and toys priced in the 3 to 4 digit range lol!

So I am going to have my girlfriend wait at my house for my car parts tomorrow so she can sign for them. On days like today I am so glad she has such odd work hours do to the nature of her jobs

Not bad since they learned and honed the craft from the land of the rising sun. I've never been to Japan but the best I've had was in LA.

Now authentic Chinese food you gotta come to Toronto, then you won't have another chicken ball with sweet and sour sauce ever again.
