Well, I can tell you that since owning the car it has gained about 40 lbs...on me (long story, but working to get it back off).

As noted in my Owner's Journal first post, I did change jobs about a little over 3 years ago, but the driving pattern really didn't change that much. It was almost the exact same distance (within a 0.10 of a mile) but a little less stop and go. The tires also changed at 60,000 miles to all season tires from the Primacies to Bridgestone Ecopia EP422 Plus. Other than that, it's been standard maintenance.

Yes it does. As soon as you put it on the defroste setting no matter if set to hot or cold the compressor comes on. I actually really like that feature because it blows dry air even if hot. Nothing quite like blowing warm humid air against a minus twenty degree windshield to make things get interesting fast.

here's my fuelly, just for fun.
Heh gaining weight stinks. I have to lose a ton. But supposedly every 100 lbs of weight change is good for 1/10 th an mpg. |

Haven't managed to get above 27mpg. Varies between 24-27, about 85% city.

Oh, for sure. I commute in stop&go. That's my normal. Take a road trip. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
