I've actually been dealing this issue with two managers.......both of them have no idea with the tracking system, they just told me that I can ask the status anytime they will check their stock control system....

Yesterday I went to there and test drive the car again.....and then the manager showed me the report telling the status of the car. however, still same, no update.......Built in June, delivery in July...

When did u order. ?

I ordered mid march. Got august build date. September delivery. I would be happy to get in July as thats when 1st customer orders should have been coming in as per the build process file leaked back in feb.

Got my stock number today
i asked for it as i saw some people saying to get it asap!
does it mean that mines on order?
my dealer said that i will be getting tracking info later on this week
so therefore he knows what it is
SO HAPPY OMG
brb gonna do a burnout

Username = Sales order number
Password = Stock/Batch number

Both of these your dealer should have when you put down a deposit and order a vehicle. Unfortunately I dont think Toyota staff were trained on this feature hence why there is some uncertainty regarding it at some dealerships.

Pierre, if you have a stock number it means your car is on order. Look forward to hearing what sort of tracking results you get when you log in. Since you and I ordered the same car from the same dealer and all!

No idea. All I know is, my tracking wasn't working, asked my dealer contact, he looked into and said it wasn't activated. Started working straight away after that.

Ask your salesperson to contact the stock controller for the rest of the details. They can set it up for you.

Sigh... It doesnt look like it updates often

It'd be a lot more useful with a 'Last Updated' time, instead of the 'Last Data refresh' one

Come on TMCA! Even a $10 AAE package has better tracking than this $40,000 car... Surely the technology has to be for some more accurate tracking :P
