Spa is dangerous, maybe more than the Nurburbring.
So you just have to drive "slowly"...

And if you run 1 lap on spa to register the track, you can do it on the Nur too.
You will have to do more lap, that s enough. ;-)

I don't think the ring is the best track in the world. It's great for sure, but not VIR or Road Atlanta great. It's more like its own thing.

Looking at Goodwood Revival thirties F1 race right now, I find the ring kinda safe

I don't want to go there and drive slowly.
I need to spend more time learning it in IRacing.
It will help me decide what to do.

There is nothing quite like it, indeed, personally i prefer that to any other track and i feel more comfortable there.

The biggest danger on the Nordschleife is lack of common sense. So like Koj said, give it a try and take it easy at first, you won't regret it. Don't make me go to Spa

Exactly, you have to take Nordschleife with common sense and not as an ordinary track. Only issue is if your car is too much focused for track and not so much for ordinary roads. Having a high spring rate means that you have less mechanical grip and this can be dangerous in the slippery parts of the track.
