Do you mean that even though the car stall because of too low RPM, it will be fine after a few days?

I re-tuned the car today and the idle was really rough and the car even stalled a few times. Tuner told me that it was because the ECU is learning.

I went home and disconnected the battery, re-connected it and idle for 10 mins to re-learn the idle. Now ever time I stop, and rpm went up and down rapidly, and one time the car stalled. Good point was after 20-30 sec rough idle every time I stop waiting for traffic light, the idle became normal after that.

Just dont know whether it will be normal after a few days or a few hundred miles.

There are several things that the ecu will relearn but not to stall is not one of them. There is something wrong with the tune Or a sensor and the ecu will not fix it.
