Just bought my whiteout scion frs and the five axis lip caught my eye. But people are saying the quality is horrible and it cracks quickly. What do you guys think before i spend $400 on the lip? Any suggestions?

Well, personally, I have enough problems with my un-lowered FR-S, running up on parking curb stops, without something else hanging down in front.

However, for me, a front lip might be useful as a "curb feeler" ......

If it were me I would by a full kit from Bason R. For about 250 you can get the full lip kit and choose which style you would like. Another plus is your car being white the lips look killer in black. Hit the lip kit with some plastidip and boom your done

I'm low with a splitter. No problems hitting curbs. Driveways are a challenge though

My car is only slightly lowered and my front bumper is pretty scraped up on the bottom, driveways mainly. I imagine if I had a lip it would be gone, lol.

Dropped car off at EFI Logics for installation of new Outfront Motorsports-built closed deck engine, with Jackson Racing C38 supercharger w/ high boost pulley, ACT clutch, ACE 350 header, catless front pipe, massive fans, almost-new transmission and some other things.

Looking forward to the NASA NE event Oct 14-16 at New Jersey Motorsports Park to break this in properly

Bayson R is"replica"parts. They aren't as nice as the "real"thing but they are so cheap you won't feel bad if you scrape your lip. I've actually heard good things about their quality and fitment

I love the simplicity of the Five AD lip kit and depends on install and paint and driving etc regarding lifespan, same with all kits. I don't run a lip but I am lowered and that's why I installed a backup camera and backup in all parking spaces, lol
