You should fab some quick swap turbo housings. Small turbo for the winter and bigger turbo for the summer

Do it right. Do it once!
what do you mean by "that big" on stock internals? This is a fairly small turbo for quick spool rather than top end. Not trying to argue semantics of turbos, just legitimately curious.

the current sbd one is:
Mitsubishi 20G CHRA with 6+6 Billet Compressor Wheel Upgrade
*Journal Bearing, Oil Cooled
* Internally Wastegated with 0.7 Bar (10 PSI) Spring
*3" or 76mm MAF Tubing
*52.5mm IND/68mm EXD Compressor Wheel
*49.2mm/55.8mm TD05H Turbine Wheel with 8cm Housing

Tom Clancy is a damn good author, and the Ryanverse series of novels is amazing. Have been blazing through them. I guess it helps when they're all audiobooks, and you drive about 1000km per week.

The 20g is capable of some big HP numbers so you can have an oil pan failure (oil pan is too weak to keep the rods from jumping out the bottom end lmao) but I think you will run into fuel issues before anything bad happens, but nothing is certain with FI

RIP Tom Clancy

Easily one of my favorite authors. Currently reading Command Authority right now. The original Rainbow Six is still one of my favorite all times books. My hard cover copy was actually my grandpas and used to always sit on the middle of his book shelf in their family room.....see us younger folk can be nostalgic too

I'm really looking forward to Rainbow Six. I've done them mostly in order. I started with "Dead or Alive", but stopped a few chapters in to get a fresh start from the beginning. Now I'm doing them in the Ryanverse's chronology, not release date. The one exception is that I did Without Remorse after Clear and Present Danger.

Just need to find another torrent site to download the few that come after Dead or Alive, that my original download didn't have

Edit: btw, I'd totally let John Clark have his way with me. My god, what a man's man's man.

Ya if running a 10psi spring you should be fine.
They really are fine. I just wanted Way to think things through well.

Pull up bar is starting to freak me out... Just noticed it bends a shit load where the screws are when I'm on it. Now I feel like it's gonna snap and I'm going to smash my face on something.
Pretty shitty design now that I look at it...

So 2.25 yrs till my warranty is up... supercharged or turbocharged? I loved my turbo in the WRX but seems like most 86s go super. Or maybe I'm imagining that?

If you go with the Edelbrock, you'll still have 2.25 years of warranty.
